JAIPUR TOUR PACKAGE

Day 01 : Agra – Jaipur by drive

Pick up from residence and drive to Jaipur (5.hrs. approx.), on arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon visit to the City Palace, situated in the heart of the old city occupies about one seventh of the Old City. Within the City Palace we will visit Mubarak Mahal, Clock Tower and City Palace Museum, Later we will visit Jantar Mantar Observatory, built in 18th century by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh to study the movement of constellations and stars in the sky. The enormous sun dials still provides the accurate time. Before returning to your hotel, take pictures in-front the Hawa Mahal, ‘Palace of Winds’ a five storied semi-octagonal building having 152 windows was built in 1799 AD by Maharaja Pratap Singh for the royal ladies to enjoy the processions and other royal activities on the street. Get transfer back to hotel.

Day 02 : Jaipur

Post breakfast enjoy excursion trip to Amber Fort- Amber, or Amer, derives its name from the Ambikeshwar Temple, built atop the Cheel ka Teela. Ambikashwara is a local name for the god Shiva. However, local folklore suggests that the fort derives its name from Amba, the Mother Goddess Durga.

Also visit Jaigarh Fort- The Jaigarh Fort, located on one of the peaks of the Aravalli range of hills is built about 400 m above the Amber Fort. It provides an excellent of view of Aravalli hills and the Amber Fort down below. After that visit Nahargarh Fort -stands on the edge of the Aravalli Hills, overlooking the city of Jaipur in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Along with Amer Fort and Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh once formed a strong defense ring for the city. The fort was originally named Sudarshangarh, but it became known as Nahargarh, which means ‘abode of tigers’. The popular belief is that Nahar here stands for Nahar Singh Bhomia whose spirit haunted the place and obstructed construction of the fort. Nahar’s spirit was pacified by building a temple in his memory within the fort, which thus became known by his name.

Evening enjoy shopping in colorful bazaar for Jewellery, Textiles, Handloom & Handicrafts. Get transfer back to hotel.

Day 03 : Jaipur- Pushkar- Jaipur

After breakfast start for full day excursion to Ajmer & Pushkar. Arrive & Visit Ajmer-e-Sharief Dargah, Adhai-Din-Ka Jhonpara, Ana Sagar Lake & drive to Pushkar, visit various temples and Ghats and holy Pushkar Lake. There are more than 400 hundred temples in Pushkar but the main attraction being the temple of Lord Brahma, the only temple in India dedicated to Brahma. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 04 : Jaipur – Agra

Post breakfast you can check out from hotel and get back to Agra.
